About Dr. Goncharov
Dr. Alexander Goncharov has been serving the New York community as an OB/GYN for decades. At Pure OBGYN, with locations in Brooklyn and Manhattan, Dr. Goncharov ensures that every patient has a relaxing, yet informative experience. During patient consultations, he is detail-oriented, precise, and makes it a priority to deliver succinct, accurate diagnoses.
Dr. Goncharov attended St. Petersburg State Medical University, one of Russia’s top medical schools, and completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at The Brooklyn Hospital. He is currently affiliated with both The Methodist Hospital and The Brooklyn Hospital in New York.
Because he believes that the best way to impact communities at large is to ensure that women are practicing good health, Dr. Goncharov’s primary goal is to help women make informed decisions about their health care, giving them agency and choice behind their wellness goals. By working alongside skilled physicians in a well-equipped facility, Dr. Goncharov believes these goals, both for himself and his patients, are highly attainable.
