Angela Ferin, CNM

Angela Ferin is a board Certified Nurse Midwife specializing in full scope gynecological and obstetrical care.

Her 20+ years experience in health care includes work as a doula, childbirth educator, Registered Nurse, lactation counselor, NAMS Menopause Society member, and Nurse Midwife.

With experience working in healthcare systems across the U.S. and Europe, Angela understands the importance of mindfulness and awareness of cultural differences and individualized preferences. Her patients know her to be thoughtful, warm and caring.

Angela received her Master’s degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn and her B.S. in Nursing from St. Francis College in Brooklyn.

Angela has worked as a midwife at Maimonides Medical Center, Lenox Hill Hospital and Mount Sinai West, as well as private practices in NYC where, in addition to her work as midwife, she has taught midwifery students.
