Katharine Pelletier, MD

Dr. Pelletier is a native New Yorker. She graduated from Harvard University with a bachelor’s degree in anthropology. After deciding to pursue medicine rather than archaeology, she returned to NYC to complete her post-baccalaureate premedical studies at Columbia University, and received her medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn.

After medical school, Dr. Pelletier moved upstate to Syracuse, NY to complete her OB/GYN residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University. She has a particular interest in general pregnancy care as well as high-risk obstetrics, contraception, adolescent GYN, and LGBTQ+ care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé and her two cats, as well as traveling, exploring new restaurants and improving her French language skills.
